Awesome game!
Too much to say about AA. It's a place where I meet and make new friends from all over the world, can play for hours together or on my own. Or just sit around and chat or read some boards. It's all still challenging, even after 12 years of playing. I've tried many others, but none match AA's quality and diversity. You can find me there as Buckingham, send me a tell when you drop by. Motivated and Active Wizards
The post above doesn't mention our motivated and highly active wizards!
Ancient Anguish has TONS of active wizards creating and maintaining our areas, NPCs and mudlib. We also have a comprehensive approval process so only the very best code is released for you to enjoy.
AA
I've been playing AA since the end of 2005 and find it a great place to kick back and just kill everything on the mud. (Except for players of course unless you are in one of the guilds for Player Killing.) The atmosphere is great and the players and admin are generally anxious to help in any way they can. There are constantly area and items added to the game by the Wizard community to enhance game play. Whether you are into the touchy feely or the hack and slash type mud, Ancient Anguish has what you are looking for!!
